Integrity Products Group LLC aka Just Mopar, is dedicated to providing high quality aftermarket parts for automobiles with service you can count on.
RETURN POLICY
Products may be returned for a full credit, or exchange within 45 days of invoicing. Integrity Products Group LLC will not accept returned goods without a return authorization number. All returned items must be un-installed, in original packaging, and in good, resalable condition. Returns after 45 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within 1 year of the invoice date. Discontinued items are not returnable.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If the returned product is found to have been sent in error or is defective, ground shipping charges based on USPS or UPS published rates will be refunded. All credits will be issued back to the original form of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your order at any time before the order ships. Once the order has shipped you can request to send the product back at your cost.
WARRANTY
The manufacturer’s warranty will be the exclusive remedy for any product defect or failure. Some manufacturers require you to register your product to activate their warranty. We specifically disclaim any other express or implied warranties for products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
Products not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty
We provide a limited warranty of 45 days for defective products from the date of invoicing. The warranty only covers a replacement for a defective part unless a replacement cannot be obtained. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original purchaser. A refund or an exchange of a defective part will only be processed if it meets the following terms and conditions:
- All products subject to a warranty claim must have a defect in workmanship or material. The warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear of products; products damaged due to environmental conditions including rain, snow, hail, salt, or natural disasters; products damaged due to accident or collision; or product damage caused by other faulty parts.
- All items must not be damaged due to improper installation upon return. Products damaged due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, improper installation, alteration, or modification will not be covered by the warranty.
SHIPPING POLICY
We will ship all orders via ground service unless otherwise requested. We will ship using the carrier of our choice, which in most cases is USPS or UPS.
All shipments will be delivered without a signature required. Integrity products Group LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages so please make sure you provide a safe delivery address where packages can be left unattended.
